At Bici, we want to ensure your gear is the perfect fit for your next ride. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange any unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the equipment is securely protected for transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we inspect the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
