The TRP Spyre is a high-performance mechanical disc brake designed for easy setup and reliable stopping power. Featuring a dual-piston actuation system, this caliper provides precise clamping force from both sides, ensuring even pad wear and preventing rotor flex during braking.

• Dual-Sided Actuation: Unlike traditional single-sided mechanical brakes, the Spyre engages both pads simultaneously. This results in superior modulation and consistent performance, all within a compact 40mm wide, 154g package.

• Universal Compatibility: Engineered to work with all cable-actuated road drop bar levers, the Spyre is highly versatile. For optimal performance, the use of compressionless (linear strand) housing is strongly recommended.

• Easy Maintenance: The caliper includes a simple barrel adjuster for fine-tuning and utilizes TRP semi-metallic pads. For added convenience, it is also compatible with Shimano M525/M515 replacement pads.

• Flat Mount Installation: This caliper is sold individually and requires specific adapters and bolts for mounting. Note that all flat mount front fork installations require the FF-5 140/160mm adapter.
